It is with deep regret that this year’s physical Historic Buildings Parks & Gardens Event has now officially been postponed, but we will instead be going virtual on Tuesday 10th November and running the event online including producing a bonus digital version of the Exhibition Guide which will be free to view and download.
We have been working hard, doing everything we could to ensure our event went ahead as planned this year. We felt sure that by implementing all the government and industry guidelinesyou would have a safe, worthwhile and enjoyable day. However, regrettably, because of social distancing rules, limitations on numbers of attendees, restrictions on catering, transport issues and other aspects beyond our control, we could not be confident we would deliver an event of the high standard that you have come to expect. We also have the health and well-being of all our visitors, exhibitors, suppliers, staff and colleagues at the forefront of our minds, so we have taken the difficult decision to postpone until next year.
As you can imagine, we are truly saddened by this but see no alternative. I would like to thank everyone who has supported us in our efforts, by booking stands and registering to attend and reassure you that next year we will be back with an even bigger and better event.
If you have registered to attend this year, your registration will be automatically transferred to the virtual event and you will also be registered for next year’s HBPGE on 16th November 2021.
